Classes cancelled this evening (3/3) and tomorrow morning (4/3) due to illness - sorry!

There is no class on Thursday as the hall is not available to next class will be Monday 10th March.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

 Yoga classes start back this evening, looking forward to seeing everyone and maybe some new faces!

I am still feeling poorly so I have decided to cancel the rest of the classes this year - sorry.

RETURNING TO TEACHING YOGA ON 15TH JULY 2024

 I am very excited to announce that after a much longer than expected sabbatical, I am returning to teaching in July.

The wonderful yoga teacher who currently teaches at Harmans Cross Village Hall, is finishing her classes at the beginning of July and so it is an opportunity for me to return to teaching (always my dream) and to serve the community.

6:00pm -7:30pm All abilities

7:45pm – 9:15pm Intermediate

TUESDAYS

9:30am – 11:00am All abilities

11:15am – 12:30am Gentle

THURSDAYS

6:30pm – 8:00pm All abilities
