There will be no classes on Monday evening at Harmans Cross Village Hall as I am in London as part of the Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training course - more details on this to follow.
Classes will be as normal the following week.
You are more than welcome to come along to the Thursday evening in Swanage Bay View Holiday Park instead. It is a open classs (all abilities): 7.00pm~8.30pm

NEW YOGA CLASS IN WAREHAM
Starting 14th September, I will be teaching a yoga class at The Springfield Leisure Club in Wareham.
