2011Yoga class early bird discount!

If you pay for January and February classes together before Christmas you will get a 25% discount, making it only £4.50 per class.

Classes start week commencing 10th January and drop-in or monthly payments are still welcome.

YOGA NIDRA & CHRISTMAS PARTY!

The last class of this year will be held Monday (20th December) at Harmans Cross Village Hall at 7:00pm.

The two classes (6pm & 7:30pm) will combined into one and will start at 7pm. The class will comprise of gentle yoga asana (poses) and pranayama (breathing exercises) and a long Yoga Nidra and relaxation. Just what is needed before the hectic Christmas schedule and preparation!

Please let me know if you are coming, I do hope that you can make it.

SWANAGE BAY VIEW CLASS CANCELLED TONIGHT

Brrrr....Due to the snow and ice, I think it's best to cancel tonight's class at Swanage Bay View.

So stay tucked up inside in the warm and I will hopefully see you next week...weather permitting!
