Yoga Class tonight 6pm as normal but apologies the 7:45pm class has been cancelled.

Yoga Class is ON today!

 Yes, even though it’s a bank holiday — we’re bending on through the sunshine.

It’s a hot one, so bring your water bottle and take it slow.

We’ll move gently, honouring the sun and letting the heat remind us to breathe, soften, and rest when we need to.

No yoga for October half term (w/c 27^th Oct), 

Christmas last class on Monday evening 15^th December.
