Yoga Classes Cancelled this week (9th March & 10th March)

 

Autumn Term Dates

 

Starts Monday 1st September

No yoga for October half term (w/c 27^th Oct), 

Christmas last class on Monday evening 15^th December.

Yoga Classes start back Sept 1st

 

I hope you have had a lovely summer break.  Classes start back tomorrow, Monday 1^st September at Harmans Cross Village Hall.

Join us for Hatha Yoga with yoga nidra and the occasional sound bath!

Yoga classes cancelled today & tomorrow - next class Monday 10th March

 

Classes cancelled this evening (3/3) and tomorrow morning (4/3) due to illness - sorry!

There is no class on Thursday as the hall is not available to next class will be Monday 10th March.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
